Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for an electrical company in the south of England. I am a domestic and commercial installer that covers everything from maintenance to complete rewires. I am looking for a clear and sharp design. The primary colours I would like to use are dark and light grey with highlights of orange the same as the colours of the background and symbols on attached picture. I would also be open to including an Electrical symbol in the logo. The logo needs to represent a modern company with ambitions to be a large organisation. I am an ambitious younger man who is always looking to the newest technology so I would like the logo to communicate that.
