Logo Design Brief

I am creating a job board to attract US military Veterans in the Healthcare (and Technology space) called www.warriorsinhealthcare.us and www.warriorsintech.us. Jobs will range from nursing, therapists, admin, office staff, and other clinicians for private and VA hospitals. This website will also collect visitor info, so we can collect relevant data on each candidate.

The website is powered by MilSpec Talent, a boutique military veteran recruitment firm. (Please see the newly created logo from DesignCrowd attached!) I would like to have some similar elements to the MilSpec Talent logo. Colors can be more associated to healthcare colors (2-3 colors please).

I don't want to lose the "edge" and boldness of military Veterans. The site is going to be called Warriors in Healthcare (or Tech). I would like the feel to be strong, clean, inviting, and professional. We want to recognize all the great healthcare professionals who served as military veterans!
