Graphic Design Brief

Hello - I need an ad re sized to the specs listed below.

I included an example of the ad.
The text needs to be the same.
The look of the ad can change.
If you would like to create something new, you will get an idea of our style from our website www.ltcreit.com

Ad Size: 4.5” wide x 3.75” tall

Bleeds: Ads can bleed but will not go to the edge of the page. Trim size of 4.5” x 3.75” as your ad will be placed in a box of that size with a 1 pt. black border on a page that is 5.5” wide x 8.5” tall. (Your ad will be one of two on a page, and there will be white space around your ad)

Colors: Please submit your ad using CMYK color space for best color reproduction.

Tips:
Resolution: All images should be between 300dpi-600dpi at final placed size.
Backgrounds: If a white background is desired, please include a whitebackground rather than no background or transparency.
To prevent font issues, we recommend outlining your type.
