Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for myself. I am a racing driver and need a logo to use on a variety of things, like stickers, and t-shirts. I would like my design to match the colors on my kart, neon yellow, blue, and white (image attached). I would also like to have the design be simple and clean. I also would like some of the logos to be JA Racing, and some to be Justin Adakonis Racing.
