Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo created to a company that does residential remodeling and construction. But with meticulous quality and modern design. I need something that looks modern and would go well on a website, business cards, and web pages. It has to stand out to where it sticks to a consumer's mind. Open to different fonts but I did find one I like that I have gone ahead and attached. My ultimate goal is to have something that looks modern but also expresses real estate construction development. In conclusion, I want the logo to have a pictorial or icon, "GZ Developments" underneath the icon. My colors are Greek blue, White, and Light grey. NO OLIVE BRANCHES
