Logo Design Brief

Residential remodeling company needs a new logo for a company refresh. Current logo is old and outdated. The name of the company is "Landmark Custom Remodeling" Looking for a sleek, clean, simple, high end looking logo that can be used. I am open to adding the words "Whole Home Remodeling | Additions | Kitchens | Bathrooms" in the lower part of the logo. Though I am not set on it being in there. I would like to use Oklahoma State orange (HEX | Fe 5c 00) as a color. The final design should communicate that we are a custom, high end construction remodeling company that focuses on quality and attention to details.
