T-shirt Design Brief

We are in need of punny and/or humorous shirt designs intended for fitness-minded professionals in the healthcare industry with a sense of humor. We want designs to be able to be appreciated and worn by anyone with a career in medicine with any fitness aptitude - from ED techs to physicians who love running, weightlifting, yoga, or other/all of them! The designs can be profession-specific and fitness-specific, but bonus points for appealing to all fitness types (e.g can target only nurses, but doesn't necessarily need to target only nurses who enjoy weightlifting. They certainly can, though!). Feel free to get colorful and creative - the funnier the better!
