Please provide feedback on my design..

Dear all, thanks for providing your designs so far: SOme further instruction (some of you received them already). The design request is for TWO things:

1) Company Logo (Founder360 GmbH): [Non image link removed]
2) LinkedIn banner for myself (in person): [Non image link removed]

For 1), the Founder360 logo, you do a great job already! Thank you.

For 2) I provide some guidance hereby:
- Please provide an actual view of the Linkedin banner including the graphics how it looks on Linked (e.g. spare out for profil picture, size etc.)
- Actually I have three positions I want to promote on my personal LinkedIn Banner by incorporating the Company Logo:

Further I would like to incorporate the key Slogan: "- I provide C-level executives access to private equity best-practices"

If there is still space (banner is not too croweded) you can work with my servcies as text:

Additionally, I uploaded two pictures of mine. I can imagine to use the "active one" (not the profile) in kind of a gradient (non color / black-white) in the background of the banner (very inconspicuous) to give some structure; or as gradient between the three logos and the software background/design graphiscs.
