Logo Design Brief

Design a logo for a company with a number of trading names all involved in the provision of medical services. We have 4 Directors - 2 are Doctors, 1 is an accountant and 1 is a CEO/MD. The Doctors are male the Administrators are female. We are open to the colour scheme but we would like something clever.
