Brochure Design Brief

we are a psychology practice that specialises in diagnostic and educational assessments for children, adolescents and adults. We have an existing logo and I am attaching a word doc (tri-fold brochure) with the required content. I am also attaching our logo and other relevant content docs. The layout is only a sample and we are looking for someone to put this together into a consistent and better layout.
