T-shirt Design Brief

event shirt needed; event is called REGGAE JAM. Would like something simple yet likeable by many.
The venue is Wojcik's Farm amd it is located in Blackstone, MA and I would like reggae jam and our town on the front left chest area and a big graphic on the back of the shirt with the event name and farm name.
I am not opposed to tie-dye shirts but ideally want something a solid color tee with these color(s) used for ink or for fabric: black, green, red, yellow, white
