Infographic Design Brief

We are a group of volunteers working to elect Democrats in the US. We are a chapter of a national group called Swing Left, and our name is Swing Left Peninsula. We attempt to follow the Swing Left style guide. In 2022, we are running a campaign including thousands of volunteers to write 1 million physical, sent through the US Postal Service, paper letters to prospective voters ahead of the 2022 elections. We need a thermometer-type graphic to visually illustrate in our newsletter and on our website our progress towards that goal. Here is our website: https://www.swingleftpeninsulaletters.org which was built to facilitate that goal. Here are the Swing Left style guidelines: https://swingleft.org/p/brand. A design involving an evocative receptacle filling with letters is an obvious possibility. A horizontal design would work better on our website and in our newsletter. These are pre-printed physical letters being sent to likely Democratic voters, with a small section handwritten by a volunteer. The envelopes are also hand-addressed by the volunteer.
