Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for our company based in Truckee, CA called Pioneer Boat Services. We do marine maintenance and repair for powerboats in the greater Lake Tahoe area, as well as boat delivery/transport and detailing. We mostly work on high end boats for a lot of wealthy clientele in the area so we would like our design to be modern, sleek and professional looking with a nautical theme. I'm a fan of keeping the colors simple, I'm thinking maybe navy-blue/black/white, but I'm open and interested in seeing anything else your creative minds come up with! I have uploaded some sketches that were done just messing around, but please let the creative juices flow! Please include either the company name (Pioneer Boat Services) or PBS, or both. Thanks!
