Logo Design Brief

Logo design for a commercial real estate company.

Attached is a draft/example that I made. The fonts I used were Proxima Nova (bold or semibold) and Proxima Nova (light). Like in my example, I'd like the SAXUM to be bolder than the WEST. I'd like to see some alternative ideas other than the draft I made. Something sleek and minimal, yet professional. A minimalist shape, like the "/" I added, is OK, but nothing too big or gaudy. I attached two other logos I like as an example of a cool font.

Also, the website for my business is cerberuscg.com. I have to change the name to Saxum West for trademark reasons. The website should give you an idea of the color scheme (black, grey, white, blue) and overall feel of the brand & company.
