Graphic Design Brief

Hello!

We are looking for some help with a project for our plastic surgery practice. It should be pretty straight forward. We need a price list for sevices that is 8in x 10in. I would like a 1in border around the text that looks nearly exactly (same color and look) to the pattern that I have attached (it looks like blue ink marks). The font should be similar to font of "Illuminate" in our logo which I have attached. It would also be great if the logo could be on the top of the menu. I've attached a PDF for the copy.
