I want to change the logo to our commercial logo that is located on our website at www.capitalrecovery.net.
I would like Commercial Collections-Early Out to Bad Debt listed as the title of the flowchart.
Remove "Payments and Adjustments Applied" and change to "Skiptracing/Scoring Scrub"
Change "1st Clean bill is sent to patient" to read "Letters with your company logo sent to debtor for payment"
Remove "Account is scrubbed and scored"
Remove "Per Reg F-entire section......."
Remove "Hibernate Account until annual tax time projects" and change to "If account balance warrants, CRC will utilize our national network of attorneys to initiate legal process"
Add "Attorney will make demand on debtor"
Add "If client wants to pursue legal action involving courts, the attorney will proceed with judgment"
