Logo Design Brief

This is a logo for a high school baseball team. The school colors are scarlet and white but a logo design also incorporates grey or black is also acceptable. The school currently has a logo but we are looking for a separate/specific logo for the baseball team. A sample of the school logo is attached and can be incorporated but is not necessary to be included. The logo will mainly be used for apparel and some social media. We are looking for a sharp, clean, fairly simple emblem with a baseball reference subtlety (EX: Arrow in FedEx logo).
