Make sure that the chalet is a true likeness to the brief photos and not just a box with windows.
The logo requires depth, as we are not waterside, the water is in the distance. Also the iconic horizon line should be featured too. Any questions please ask.
Finally, a scroll using the initials PCI (Pine Chalets Invenress) would be interesting to see as an alternative too.
