Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new startup home building company. We are based in North Dakota and will focus on building medium to high end custom homes. I would like the design to reflect strength, leadership and loyalty which is why the company is name after the wolf. I would like the logo to contain text with the company name as well as an image of a wolf. I'm open to ideas for the wolf but I think having some subtle blue eyes would be cool like the attached image. I don't want it to look too cartoonish. If you can tie in anything related to home building in the logo that would be cool but its not a requirement. The main goal is a logo that reflects the characteristics listed earlier.
