Logo Design Brief

We need a design for a food truck business located in southern California called: "El Jefe Chingon". We sell authentic street tacos, and unique burgers with a twist (ie. with Brie cheese, and jalapeno poppers). We are looking for something that is tattoo art style, sugar skull, that is clean and simple looking. We would like it to also incorporate a chef knife and spatula, and include "Banning CA" in it as well (underneath)
