Tattoo Design Brief

The date 11/11 is imported to me, I would really like a tattoo designed. Red and black trash polka style to match my current tattoos. Some kind of reference to New York would also be appreciated if it could be incorporated.

Please only submit designs if you are comfortable with the trash polka concept and with tattoo designs.

The design will be approximately 4 inches high and 8-10 inches wide.
