Logo Design Brief

I am launching an online shop selling only Scottish products and I have a good idea of what I require in a logo, however, I am not skilled enough to come up with a beautifully finished one. I have a computer generated draft which needs tidying up and added 'polish'. It has a regal feel about it, as in a coat of arms. Although the name 'Shoogly Coo' is comical and meant to attract visitors, the website looks luxurious with items of good quality, many being created by Scottish artisans in micro businesses. I have written notes on the PDF and there is a separate image of my draft.
