I am releasing a brand new online training course in 2022 that needs a cool new logo!
The course will teach students how to walk around their investment area and find/discover/uncover development opportunities all around them!
These might be properties where you can potentially build a house in the back garden... or where you can refurbish a property and add value... or perhaps where you can convert one house into three or four flats etc. In fact, the course teaches the student how to find 24 different types of development opportunities - and there's no course quite like it :-)
The course is called "Hidden Developments" and I really like the idea that the logo might suggest "finding" or "uncovering" hidden real estate (property) opportunities.

Requirements
Must have
- The words... "Hidden Development" and perhaps something that suggests "finding" or "uncovering" real estate opportunities
Nice to have
- The logo needs to be fairly "clean", with perhaps only 1 or 2 colours. It's far less important, but if you had a small ".com" after "Hidden Developments", that might be nice... but certainly not essential
