I am really interested in your project, can you provide more details like what exactly the output you need e.g. Rendering poster, concept 3d models, photoshop rendering by shared images, 2d plans and drawings, Illustration of building or Ad banners etc.

Also please share more information like site plan and other plans drawing, location etc. which is relevant.

Our location is for a Youth Sports Center and a K-12 School, our focus right now is the design. (ESTIMATE) so that we can continue with our plans, so this is a continuous contract. So, our goal is more like the picture, 3d or 2d plan model of the intent of how we want it all to look. Everything we already stated with a nice Youth stadium that stands out in the front and directly in the back, four football practice fields. With the Youth Center on one side and the school on the other side of the stadium.

I provided an open notice above. We are looking in Riverside County, or Nevada, working on location. There are many other plans needed, but right now the bank wants a lay out of what we are looking to build.
