Logo Design Brief

We are a cannabis delivery service based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. We carry premium craft Ontario-grown weed strains (loose flower, concentrates, edibles, etc) as well as other cannabis-related products.

Our core focuses:

> Operating 7 days a week (from 10 AM until 12 AM)

"Weedopedia" is a play on "Encyclopedia"/"Wikipedia"/etc, indicating that we have a vast knowledge base and wide variety of cannabis products.

We are open for deliveries until midnight - this is much later than our competition and is a huge competitive advantage for us, as we do see the majority of our orders come through during the later hours.

In terms of design, we're looking for something creative, but should be simple. Something fun that stands out from all the other weed delivery service brands out there, as we do have quite a bit of competition. We feel there's a lot that can be done with our name ("Weedopedia"). The name obviously denotes the industry we're in, so we may not need a weed leaf in it at ALL.
I've uploaded our current logo. We feel like this style cheapens our brand, but we DO like that the previous designer made reference to a book being open with the half circle on top.
We do not need to have "the golden standard" at the bottom, as this was included when our old logo was gold in colour. We may come up with a new slogan.
I've also uploaded a list of clean, simple, fun designs that we enjoy from other cannabis delivery companies.

Our main customer demographic is 18-40 year olds. 60-70% of these are men.

We are open to a design of any colour, but would also like to be able to make it achromatic (only black or only white, etc - no gradients) so it gives us the option of using it on patterned backgrounds. We can take care of changing it to black/white if we need to on our end later on.
The logo will be used online as well as in print.
