Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a new logo design for a new logging division that we opened up. I'd like to have some sort of skull/bones/trucking/logging combination that looks cool... I've attached the logos for the sister company, MercTrucking, to give some ideas. Also, I've attached a piece of logging equipment, too, for reference.
