Actually as per project type the final deliverable should be design files only( no coding mentioned here).

Of course we have WIX developer who can code the designs into a WIX website.
But the main thing is that the budget.

The mentioned budget after Design Crowd Commission is fair enough to design all the pages.
But to develop the whole site into WIX we think you need to increase the budget.
