Logo Design Brief

My father produces a very small number of his own wine.
I would like to give him his own logo for this.
He calls it "Träumli Wy" inspired by his dream house in the mountains that he converted himself, a simple, cozy home in the Valais mountains. The coat of arms of the Valais is red and white and has 13 stars.

The logo should stand for comfort, homeland and joy in life, without appearing too overloaded.
