Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our homeowner's association located in a small town in southeastern Indiana. Our current logo design from the 1980's is out of date. The original entryway to the community is traditional with a Tudor style feel, however, we would like a more contemporary up-to-date feel to our organization. We would like to use any of the following colors: dark red, gray, white, or maybe dark blue. Actually, we're OK with any colors. The final design should be simple, modern looking and professional, and easily reproduced.
