Signage Design Brief

We are a veterinary clinic locates in the area of "San Po Kong" in Hong Kong, need a new sign (the wooden section in the photos shown below) above the front glass doors. The old signs are shown on https://www.spk-vet.com
Mainly the new sign should display the clinic Chinese and English names, logo, and the phone number. Able to manipulate Chinese characters is a plus.
