Logo Design Brief

We need a completely new identity for the oldest and most succesfull take away & delivery restaurant in Constanta, Romania so we want a completely new logo, a total refresh.
The restaurant was founded in 2007 and we are serving Romanian and international food and from next week, we will also serve Neapolitan pizza & fresh pasta.
The logo has to be designed simple but chic, so it could be easy and economical to print on kraft paper and carton.
The current website is located at https://www.constanta-qsinn.ro/ but it will be moved soon, at https://www.qsinn.eu/
I have attached below, all three logos used by our business, since 2007.
