App Design Brief

I need the design of an "around me" page for a mobile app. This page when opening should display a map, with identified points on the map and a list of the items seen on the map. All the subscreens also need to be designed and should include the following.
The "Around me" page is a mobile app screen that displays
- Health and fitness facilities around me on a map and on a list, these can include:
- Fitness Centers, Hotels that have Gyms, Fitness Studios, Wellness & SPA, Group fitness classes

The user also has the possibility to add a new location
The user has the possibility to search in general or use filters on the search, these filters include
- What are you looking for?
- Fitness Facility
- Functional area, free weights, cardio machines, workout machines
- Wellness
- Swimming pool, Sauna, Hamam, Massage
- Group classes
- Search by fitness program, fitness type, fitness Brand
- Professional
- Personal trainer, nutritionist, Physiotherapist, Fitness Instructor, Coach
When the user selects one item on the map, the selected entry on the list gets selected, depending on the item type some info is shown, by selecting the item on the list a detail page is displayed, with all the information of the item.
For example, if it's a fitness, it should show a profile picture, a logo, the address, contact information, the opening hours, the possibility to buy the access to the fitness. The size of the fitness, the capabilities of the fitness (free weight, cardio, sauna etc etc)
If it's a hotel, the same type of info like for the gym should display, just it needs to be clear it is a hotel with a fitness, what's important are the facilities and it's contents. Again The user can book this facility.
Upon booking the facility the user gets to see a QR code, this QR code will be scanned at the entrance.
If the item is a group fitness class, it can be delivered at a gym or studio, capacity info is required, the instructor that is presenting the class, the day and time of the class, and a button to book the class.
The item can also be a professional, in this case, his profile picture is shown, with his name and country, the languages he speaks, the programs he's certified on, his bio and experience, where he works, and the services he delivers, there is also a book this professional button, where the user can send a message to the professional.

Please make these screens modern, functional, simple, UX easy and intuitive experience for the user.

Please use the color-coding of the template I will send you, this template is not well designed, so please propose something 1000x better.
