Brochure Design Brief
We need a commercial property inspection brochure for marketing purposes. We perform residential and commercial property inspections for the real estate industry. Brochures will be needed to display in real estate offices and for handouts to real estate agent. Also for mail outs. We are attaching a sample cover page of one of our reports for the color scheme only. The brochure should clearly communicate commercial inspections and added services. The brochure will need some specific logos which we will send and some other graphics like a picture of a Commercial style building on the front. Most of the written information should be on the inside of the bi fold. And the specific logos will be on the back. The front of the brochure should have the commercial building picture. The first attachment is more or less the setup we are looking for.
The second attachment is the color scheme and design we are thinking with how the company name should be presented. The last three attachments are the logos we want on the backside of the brochure
