I am a sports psychoanalyst with a practice called PerformTrance - Mind Training for Peak Sports Performance

The moment of peak performance is unconscious.

Peak performance requires mindfulness training of the flow of conscious and unconscious thoughts and actions, and psychologists call this performance flow a trance.
 
This rational and emotional mental trance routine benefits from training and repetition to achieve and sustain peak performance.
