What language do you need this coded in? Are you hosting this on a server?

Will the form be downloadable in pdf / csv format? Am I right to assume that you need a responsive design to accommodate users on the go hence your material design request?

I will need the entire project budget increased to $600 to accommodate the coding requirements if selected.

I noticed the current IIS setup, do you want UI design only?

The spec mentions coding a lot so your project scope is a tad confusing.

So I am sure I noted that coding was not required. We are frontend Angular Devs and backend .NET. What we do need is UX/UI. We have many other parts of the site that need UX/UI, so if we like what you do, there’s much more. Then eventually we will look for a whole new theme.

2.) I checked again, the specs say, ‘uncoded,’ where do you see project required coding?
