Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for a start up brand new small animal veterinary hospital based in Orange County California USA. The hospital name is "Aloha Veterinary Hospital". The Hawaiian word "aloha" has many meanings such as hello, goodbye, love and goes deeper than just a greeting such as the essence of being; loved, peace, compassion and a mutual understanding of respect. It also means, living in harmony with all living things around you with mercy, sympathy, grace and kindness. There is a mutual regard and affection which extends with warmth in caring for another living soul. Our hospital will provide wellness care, diagnostic services, medical and surgical treatment options for mainly dogs and cats but will also extend to exotic animals (birds, reptiles, small pocket pets like rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, rodents). We will be the first Certified Fear Free Animal Hospital in Southern California as well. It would be great to have Aloha written in Calligraphy like font or a capital "A" in pretty font but am also open to what ever you come up with that will look best for print, signage, website use. Since it's Hawaiian in nature, a colorful hibiscus or plumeria flower and or tropical leaf fronds could be included somehow. Going with cooler colors and maybe even pastels; along the lines of aqua, teal, blue grey, sand/beige, sea green and staying away from reds and oranges in the overall design. A happy interacting cartoon like dog and cat is preferred to a silhouette. I attached a picture of my own personal pets. The final design should communicate "Aloha".
