Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for an online course please. The course is for people (Boomers) who need help decluttering and selling their home and moving into a new smaller home.
The 5 Step Downsizing course will take them from alone and confused, house full of clutter, no time to enjoy retirement years because of the stress of the job ahead, to successful, organized, decluttered and free to enjoy life.
My clients will be 65 or older.
I'd like to see some navy blue but all colours considered. I have in mind steps or stairs to a bright future. Going from chaos to calm. Going from tied down to free.
It would be great if the logo features 5 distinct "steps" or stairs to reflect the name of the course.

Female, 65+, homeowner, worldwide, English speaking. My clients are sophisticated and mature, mostly female, retired professionals.
