T-shirt Design Brief

This will be a tee-shirt design. It is to be in a Cartoon Style but this shirt will contain a serious scene. I am providing photos as guides only. You are to take the version you created of Fat Willy, along with any suggestions I gave you for change, and incorporate him into this scene. One photo I'm providing is of the New World Trade Center in New York, so if you need additional views of the building you may google for it and click on images. I'm also providing a photo that has the United States Flag as a fade in the sky, I want the sky around the World Trade center to have this type of fade from the flag around it. I'm providing a Flying American Eagle photo, I want a few eagles flying around the Trade Center, Lastly I'm providing a photo of a Dachshund Standing on it's rear legs straight up, I want Fat Will Facing the Trade Center, You will only see his back in the scene, I want him standing on his rear legs with a clear shot of his Right Paw held up in the air, almost to a salute of the flag, eagle and trade center. This is important, the right leg and paw are to be held straight up , I said almost a salute but kind of beside his head, like you are swearing in with your hand raised. I want Chloe to be next to him and almost as tall, she is another dachshund and the photo is labeled in the same pose. Then several other puppy dachshunds in the same pose scattered around them, all standing, paws raised and facing the trade center. The puppies are to be of various sizes and colors from plain brown to dapples, short haired to long haired. I would like if there is space to have additional puppies off in a distance, maybe on some steps to another building, also saluting the trade center, flag and eagles.
The Saying is "Fat Willy Will Never Forget" and should be on the shirt.
fatwilly.com should be somewhere on the shirt but not needed in the scene. If you want to google the New World Trade Center for images and settings you want to use I'm fine with that as long as the scene is as described the actual angle doesn't have to be the same as in the Trade Center photo I provided.
