Graphic Design Brief

I am needing a graphic of our process laid out in a scene. I would ideally like to have the graphic be one long picture that I can then zoom in and have four different steps in. We are a company that shows doctors how to set up a laboratory in their practice and have a fast turnaround time on the result. We are trying to depict this in four scenes. The four scenes being:
Scene 1 - Patient walks into doctors office and checks in (would like for this to look like a patient entering a doorway of a waiting room with a receptionist at a desk)
Scene 2 - Patient gives urine sample (would like this depicted as a sample cup being handed to the patient with a bathroom in line of sight
Scene 3 - Doctor reviewing result (would like this depicted as doctor looking at chart with patient sitting in exam room)
Scene 4 - Doctor has successfully treated patient (patient shaking doctors hand with positive faces for both patient and doctor)

I've attached an example of how I would like for it laid out below. This example shows a hospital setting but is a good reference.

I need the file to be 1920 pixels wide and 510 pixels tall and needs to be in vector format. I've attached our branded logo as well as where I believe the graphic will go on our website in the file attached listed as "wireframe".
