T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking for a t shirt design for our annual fire versus police softball game. the police team logo/name is" puckwudgie" patrol and the fire team is the "plug uglies" attached are the current logos as well as the department logos. We want a shirt that could be sold for years to come. I was thinking of trying to somehow combine logos for the front and on the back some sort of design whether it was a red and blue thin line flag combined with something softball related, etc. I'm open to ideas!
