Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my business to put on business cards, my vehicle, and my invoice header, i would like to use the colours red and black and be quite simple. if the logo has the letters E+D that would be great but not essential. if no text in the logo i will add my company name underneath

i have included a couple of pictures that i like but essentially i want something personalised. please feel free to ask me for more info if need as i have not done this before.
