Brochure Design Brief
I am looking for a brochure design (to be used with Costco printing service-- their templates have been included) for my company, FlightPath Academics. We host, support, and provide custom programming for the open-source product, FlightPath (which we also created).
I have included a Notes file, which provides more potential copy and points about the company. Please read it thoroughly, but feel free to experiment, edit, only use pieces of text, etc. Don't feel like you have to follow anything in there exactly.
I have included a couple different versions of our logo.
I have also included a zip file of several nice-looking screenshots from our software.
I have also included a zip file of stock photos I have purchased, but feel free to use other ones if you like-- You can use free watermarked versions and I will purchase the full image later and add it in. You also don't have to use the stock photos at all; your choice.
I can make my way around Gimp and Photoshop, so the final product MUST be in a format (with different image and text layers) I can edit myself later for final tweaks. I can work with psd and xcf (gimp) files. If you prefer to work with Illustrator or InDesign, please check google; there are several answers for how to convert to a layered psd file.
Final product must be in 300 DPI, per the printer's instructions. If you have to use lower-res versions of images (like for unpaid stock photos) that's OK as long as you give me the URL to buy to full version; I can place the full size images myself.

Nice to have
- I would like (if possible) to mention that the software, FlightPath is open source. I feel like that is a big selling point for universities. Also, please try to have a similar look and feel as the website: flightpathacademics.com, if possible. If possible, you can mention that our service runs on state-of-the-art cloud based hardware, though this is not a requirement. Also, try to work in "affordable pricing" and/or "great for schools of all sizes", or similar, if possible. One of our selling points is that we are much less expensive than our competitors.
Should not have
- Big walls of text. I appreciate trying to cram in a lot of information from my notes, but too much and it can look very crowded.
