Brochure Design Brief

We need a 4 page A4 portrait bi-fold brochure designed in InDesign for our company Yam Seng Pte Ltd. We are sourcing and distribution company with a speciality in duty free but also run golf themed cafes and bars (Pitch 'n' Chips and Nineteen - see attached jogs bardesign and 2 friday), and golf simulators (Greens on Screens - logo attached). The design needs to be contemporary and fresh but retain a corporate feel and use whites, silvers, blacks and tasteful greens…the company logo is silver and dark purple/blue (see upload). Also attached is a jpg of our new web concept for reference.
Use made up text for now to show layout but please include 3 sections:
