Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our company, we're involved in Real-estate Services in Newcastle Australia. We're involved in all aspects of Real-estate Services specializing in Strata Management, Property Managements, Commercial Management, Residential and Commercial Sales. We have been in the community for 50 years, family run business with 3 Generations of Colin Chapman's running the business. We're wanting to communicate that we're the industry leaders for all under the same brand but specialized in our own fields, we want a modern logo that says we're a premier company but looks elegant whilst contemporary as our market audience ranges from 21- 80. We have always used Blue and red but are happy to move away from these colours as they're quite rigid!
