Logo Design Brief

Need a simple text logo for my online course called Fashion Startup Intensive 3.0. This course teaches the entire process of how to start a fashion line including sales and marketing. We need a simple text logo that can be used for the course video intro's etc. Our brand colors are bright magenta and blush pink. See attached for what we used for the image we used for the 2.0 version, however, I do not want an image but rather just simple text. Also I would prefer all 3 words to have the same weight meaning one doesn't stand out more than the others. If anything the first letter in each word FSI can stand out
