Email Marketing Design Brief

I need an email template created in order to send a newsletter once a month. The theme should be consistent with our website (www.Reef-Realty.com). That template with have the same sections and graphics every month but the content/text will change. On the template, there should be one link in each section (approximately 6 sections) so the reader can drill down to gain access to the full article / information of interest. Upon clicking each link, the user should be taken to a page on our websit where the full article and other information can be found. So I need the email template and on-going creation of the back end (WordPress) pages. I can find someone else to create the WordPress pages if this is not your area of expertise.

1. On A Personal Note...
2. Market Stats
3. Vendor Directory
4. Real Estate Blog
5. Featured Properties
6. Stories of Success
7. There should also be a link for the reader to click to send us a referral (https://reef-realty.com/tell-a-friend/)
