Logo Design Brief

I need a logo created for my real estate team- Tara Knoblauch Realty. It will be used on our business cards, letter heads, sale signs, website, at our office, pens etc. We are located in saskatoon saskatchewan, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and professional service, honesty and providing local support to our clients. We sell dominantly residential property in the city, lake properties and I want this logo to work as well for luxury home sales (super classy and professional). We are currently using black white gray scale with a teal/turquoise color but I am open to anything that help us reach clients and earn their trust. We are rebranding from Team L'Cole so i've attached what we have been using. I don't plan to continue using photos with the new branding- just the logo. We have also been using the tag line "real estate with integrity" if there's value in keeping it we can do that too.
