Graphic Design Brief

I'm looking for two designs. One to use in our email signature line and the other an image to use on our homepage of our website. We will be celebrating 20 years in business this year. I am attaching a sample of our current signature line image, our current image for our website (motorcyle) and some samples of what we like. We want the signature line image to read "20 years in Business" NOT anniversary. Also, we must use our color scheme and I would like to incorporate our flame in the design for signature line. I am not sure how this works. I am a first time user.
