Logo Design Brief

We need a redesigned Logo for a web system that provides cruise availability and e-commerce capabilities to travel agencies and inventory and management tools for cruise operators/owners in the Galapagos Islands. The logo being used right now resembles too much another brand we have in term of colors and typography, so it should depart from the sample attached. "GalAvail" (which comes from Galapagos Availability) should be the main text, and "Bookings & Availability" the subtext/slogan.
Logo should mainly suggest techno/modern concepts with hints of travel/leisure.
