T-shirt Design Brief

Our business is https://patriotcrew.co and we need a design of an eagle head wearing a tricone hat, like the colonial ones from the old days. This design will be our brands mascot and will be going on t-shirts as well.

I have uploaded an example of something we created with clipart images, but I think a skilled designer could make it way better.
